Here is another market update for Seminole Isle condos and townhomes as of today. It amazes us, with what speed, this beautiful gated subdivision is picking up speed as far as the market activity is concerned.

sted on February 2nd. After 2 days on the market it is under contract!

7025 Conch Blvd, also a townhome was listed early January. The current status is under contract!

7076 Islamorada Cir under contract after 9 days!

7139 Islamorada Cir under contract after 2 days!

7368 Islamorada Cir under contract after 1 day!

7070 Key Haven Rd # 402, a 1,700 sq ft 2/2  condo with bonus room and great water views is under contract after 25 days of being listed!

7070 Key Haven Rd #504, a 1,500 sq ft 2/2 condo with a bonus room went under contract after 9 days!

7296 Marathon Dr #504, a 1,700 sq ft 2/2 with a bonus room went under contract after 35 days after it was listed!

10002 Key Haven Rd #203, a 1,500 2/2 condo with the extra large balcony was listed as a short sale, the contract fell through and was listed again in early January. After only 14 days it went under contract again and is now sold!

Those are super encouraging numbers and a drastic reduction of days on the market in Seminole Isle. We often get asked, why is Seminole Isle picking up in market activity so dramatically? The answer is fairly simple.
