Seminole Isle – Do all the condos and townhomes look the same? Well some people would say Yes because they have only seen two or three units BUT I strongly disagree with that statement.
First of all there are six different floodplains in Seminole Isle and even variations within each floor plan, “Captiva, Marathon and Marquesas are the three different floor plans for the townhomes and key Largo, Key West and Islamorada are the three different floor plans for the condos at Seminole Isle.
As far as I know, back in 2005 when the units were first sold by the developer the buyers had a bunch of pre construction options to choose from. Like 3 different colors of kitchen cabinets (I call them light, medium and dark) and either stainless steel or black or white appliances or granite verses corian countertops or Tiles verses carpet and on it goes.
Nearly all buyers choose one of the builders option but some buyers had their own taste, paid extra and customized their units with things that were not on the “option list” Also, you would be surprised what a difference the wall color can make and just with different style furniture like the “Tommy Bahama look” verses the “contempory modern style” or just think about different window treatments. Plantation shutters five you a completely different look than curtains. So, NO not all condos in Seminole Isle look or feel the same.
Here is a picture of what I call the “traditional Seminole Isle condo look”
These are pictures of the contempory – modern style
And look at this unit, the original owner liked white.
This condo had beautiful Bamboo flooring instead of tiles.
This unit owner choose to have an opening in the wall to the den.
